Location:
Barcelona, Spain Work Model: Hybrid Full-time position, 39 hours per week. Start date: 9/11/2026 I am looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and generate qualified sales leads. The role involves conducting outbound calls and emails, understanding customer needs, presenting tailored cloud-based technology solutions, and building relationships with business decision-makers. You will manage prospect accounts, maintain accurate CRM records, and work towards individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:
C2-level Dutch and C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken. Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in B2B sales, IT sales, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.



Understanding of cloud computing and technology solutions; experience with cloud platforms is an advantage. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of the Benelux business market and cultural practices. Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements. Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Offer: €23,876.19 gross annual base salary. Performance bonus of up to €3,407.56 gross per year .
