What you'll do
We are looking for a Lobby Ambassador Intern to join the SLS Barcelona team. Under the guidance of the Front Office and Guest Experience teams, you will act as a key point of contact in the lobby, delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure and ensuring memorable first and last impressions. Maintain a visible and engaging presence in the lobby, acting as a brand ambassador. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions. Assist with check-in/check-out flow by supporting the Front Office team during busy periods. Stay informed about daily events, hotel activities, and local recommendations.
