Role Description

The Host Acquisition Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for expanding SafeStays’ portfolio of luxury accommodations by identifying, attracting, and onboarding new property hosts and owners. This role involves prospecting and qualifying potential hosts,



conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting the value proposition of partnering with SafeStays. The Host Acquisition Manager will negotiate commercial terms, coordinate property evaluations, and ensure that new hosts understand operational standards, guest expectations, and service levels. Day-to-day activities include maintaining a robust pipeline in the CRM, collaborating with operations and marketing teams on host-facing materials, and tracking performance metrics such as acquisition volume and conversion rates. The position also requires ongoing relationship management with hosts to support retention, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the host experience.
