We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support reliable delivery of Azure cloud and infrastructure services in a integral DaaS environment. You'll keep track of demand, commitments, dependencies and service performance, help technical teams and providers move agreed actions forward, and escalates decisions to the right owners.

- Freelance: Remote from anywhere in Spain
- International projects and collaboration with teams across different countries
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator or in a similar IT service coordination, infrastructure operations or technical delivery role.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, service providers and geographically distributed stakeholders .
- Practical knowledge of incident, problem, change, request and service-level management (SLA/KPI) practices.
- Experience maintaining backlogs in Jira and/or ServiceNow , tracking dependencies and risks, and producing service reports.
- Experience coordinating changes and operational transitions: readiness checks, runbooks, knowledge
