We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Partnerships & New Revenue Streams Manager to help us grow and nurture strategic relationships with key brands and industry partners in the aesthetics and beauty space. As a Partnerships & New Revenue Streams Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving YNS’s growth by connecting with potential partners, understanding their needs, and creating tailored solutions that showcase the value of collaboration with us.
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with relevant brands, beauty professionals, and organizations that align with YNS’s mission.
Develop compelling proposals for brand partnerships that address partner goals and align with YNS's offerings; Brand Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for brand partners, cultivating strong, long-term relationships to drive continued collaboration.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set partnership goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders. Adjust partnership strategies as necessary based on data and feedback.
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally within beauty, health, or lifestyle industries.
~ Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand partnerships and business development strategies.
~ Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level or above) is required.




~ Analytical mindset with experience in setting KPIs, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies based on insights.
~ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
~ 100% remote work (from Spain)
~ Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday (start between 8:15 AM and 9:15 AM, finish from 5:00 PM onwards).
~ Summer schedule during August.

~ Opportunity to work remotely from outside Spain for several weeks each year (e.g. Easter, summer, and Christmas).
