About the Role

Our client, a distinguished Management Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to focus on advisory services for the public sector. This critical role, based in Queenstown, Eastern Cape , will involve providing strategic guidance, operational improvements, and transformational support to government agencies and public institutions. You will play a key role in helping public sector clients navigate complex challenges, enhance service delivery, and achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

- Advise public sector clients on strategic planning, policy development, and service delivery models.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments of public sector operations and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead projects related to governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the public sector.
- Facilitate workshops and engage with public sector stakeholders at various levels.

- Stay informed about public sector reforms, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a related role, with a substantial focus on the public sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of government operations, policy environments, and service delivery challenges.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects for public sector clients.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with clients in Queenstown, Eastern Cape or similar public sector environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances if required.
- Willingness to travel within the Eastern Cape region and potentially beyond.
