Tasks

1.Prepare, implement and monitor the Consortium’s transversal Training Plan, including the identification of training needs and the management of technical, and scientific training activities, skills development and language training.

2.In cooperation with the organic divisions and offices, develop and maintain the talent development model and mentoring programmes, and promote knowledge management across the organisation.

3. Develop, implement and maintain competency management schemes at ALBA, using the competency dictionary as its main instrument and linking it to job descriptions, recruitment, training, performance appraisal and talent development.

4. Support the performance appraisal process and connect its outcomes with training and development actions to be proposed to the Management Board.

5.Participate in recruitment processes by preparing tests, conducting competency-based interviews and producing assessment reports.

6.Participate in the development and monitoring of onboarding, equality, diversity, inclusion and HRS4R processes.

7.Participate in the implementation of technological tools and the preparation of recruitment, training and development indicators.

8.Carry out any other duty or function of a similar nature, consistent with the professional category, responsibilities, level and functional scope of the position,



that may reasonably be assigned by Management when required for the proper functioning of the organisation.

Requirements

The requirements for participation must be met on the date of the deadline for the submission of applications and will be accredited by means of the CV attached to it, without prejudice to the power of the selection body to require the contribution of the originals of the certifications accrediting the qualifications, training and work experience invoked in the CV.

Applications that do not present the aforementioned or required documentation during the selection procedure will not be accepted.

The successful candidate must:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Labour Relations, Labour Sciences, Psychology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. C1 level proficiency in Catalan and English.

Everyone who meets the requirements will be admitted for the selective process. This position is reserved for those candidates having the legal status of person with disabilities, with a degree of disability equal or greater than 33%.
