L. (You lead a team, set the commercial rhythm, and act as the bridge between front-office execution and the wider Sales leadership agenda. You will lead a team of Executives and Associates in Madrid while working closely with Dealing, Compliance, Credit & Risk, Operations and Marketing — and you will gain exposure across our different offices, partnering with colleagues in London, Amsterdam and the wider Monex network as the desk grows.
Revenue & commercial ownership Own the daily, weekly and quarterly performance of the desk; set revenue targets and associated KPIs Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies against performance and adapt where necessary Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring commerciality and margin discipline Feed insight from the desk back to Sales leadership on new products and initiatives that will grow revenue
