Bausch + Lomb is seeking a strategic marketer to lead the general glaucoma franchise, spanning upstream portfolio strategy and downstream launches, with a focus on expanding into new international markets.

The role partners with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Digital and Commercial teams, plus distributors and KOLs. Fluent English is required; an MBA is a plus, with travel about 30% of the time.
