About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze procurement data, including spend, supplier performance, and market trends, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain spend cube reports and dashboards for various business units.
- Support strategic sourcing projects by providing detailed market research and supplier analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Assist in the development of business cases for procurement initiatives and technology implementations.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the supply base and provide recommendations for mitigation or exploitation.




- Collaborate with procurement managers and category leads to provide analytical support for negotiations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within procurement systems and databases.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on procurement best practices, analytical tools, and industry trends relevant to financial services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement analysis, financial analysis, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with procurement processes and systems (e.g., P2P, e-sourcing).
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Understanding of financial services industry procurement needs is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to drive improvements.
