As Assistant Store Manager, you share responsibility for building a high-performing team, meeting operational budgets, and developing a proactive business strategy alongside the management team. What You’ll Do:People
· Inspire, lead, and coach the store team to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Support recruitment, training, and development to build a team of dedicated Michael Kors brand ambassadors.
Sales and Service
· Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable.
Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations.
Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales.
Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue.
Operations
· Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.
