About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Industrial Engineer to drive a significant Lean Manufacturing transformation initiative, operating entirely remotely. This role is critical for identifying and eliminating waste throughout the value stream, enhancing operational efficiency, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for deploying Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, and Just-In-Time (JIT) production, guiding teams through these changes virtually. The adecuado candidate possesses deep expertise in Lean principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a proven ability to effect change in complex organizations, all within a remote framework.
