Serrala is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to streamline the go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance. You will own systems, data, processes, and reporting that drive revenue and enable accurate forecasting.

Location: remote with occasional travel. You will lead CRM configuration, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to optimise bookings, ARR, win rates, and funnel health while partnering with leadership to design territory plans and compensation
