Fusion Consulting seeks an experienced SAP HR/HCM architect to own the HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA in Spain. You will design data models for employee and organizational data and oversee integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems, including Workday interfaces.
Collaborate with HR functional teams and technical groups to translate requirements into scalable designs and support testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
