We are seeking a senior, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English, confident with senior stakeholders and focused on achieving outcomes.This is a hands‑on role with end‑to‑end accountability for delivery across multiple teams, competing priorities and external partners. The role will lead the rollout of an insurance‑related product across Germany and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead delivery from mobilisation through implementation and handover.
- Build and maintain delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks and controls.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, meetings and communications.
- Manage scope, risks, issues and interdependencies, escalating early and constructively.
- Influence senior leaders and partners, resolve conflict and challenge unrealistic expectations.
- Drive accountability across teams and suppliers,



ensuring commitments are met.
- Track progress and provide clear, evidence‑based forecasts, status reports and metrics.
- Maintain accurate, current project documentation and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Fluent in German and able to work effectively with UK and international stakeholders.
- Proven experience delivering complex software and integration projects, ideally in insurance or another large enterprise.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, software development lifecycles and technical integration.
- Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, including developers, technical leads, architects, product owners and product managers.
- Confident working with executives, external partners and suppliers.
- Highly proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Pragmatic, organised and assertive, with strong communication, leadership and conflict‑resolution skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or a similar project management qualification is desirable.
