About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail sales associates.
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure team productivity.

Requirements

- Experience with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required in Queenstown .
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa.
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor is advantageous.
