Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe and seeks a founding Engineering Team Lead for storage to own the stack from day one. You will write Go services, deploy trusted storage layers across datacenters, and balance hands-on engineering with people leadership in a high-ownership role.

This role blends hands-on engineering with leadership, with ownership from the start. You will decide what we build, what we buy, and drive durable data architecture across multiple data centers.
