About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding online retail business, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to be based in León, Guanajuato. This pivotal role will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for our client through engaging content and effective community management. You will shape the brand's voice across social platforms, drive traffic to our client's e-commerce site, and foster a loyal customer base. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (text, images, video) for all relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage social media communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.




- Analyze social media performance metrics, provide regular reports, and use insights to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce context.
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling written and visual content.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in León, Guanajuato.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
