IE University’s Business School in Madrid seeks a Program Assistant to support the Business Masters program. You will act as the frontline contact for students and faculty, coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.

Working in a dynamic, international environment, you will manage inquiries in English and Spanish, assist with reports and events, and collaborate with Registrar, Admissions and planning teams to keep schedules and communications on track.
