Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a high-profile turnaround and repositioning project for an exclusive boutique hotel in Tenerife. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the transformation of the asset into one of the top luxury hotels on the island.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the cultural and operational transformation of the hotel as part of an ambitious luxury boutique repositioning project.
- Manage, inspire, and develop a team across multiple functional areas, fostering a culture of excellence and service quality.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and exceptional guest experiences.
- Supervise the successful launch and management of new gastronomic concepts and the hotel's F&B; operations.
- Collaborate closely with ownership, corporate leadership, and external advisors to achieve strategic financial targets.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, cost management,



and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), or related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Deputy Manager or Director of Operations in luxury hospitality.
- Strong background and solid knowledge in F&B; management and innovative gastronomic concepts.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and German (essential for communicating with international guests).
- Demonstrated transformational leadership and exceptional people management skills.
- Core competencies in hotel management, financial cost control, emotional intelligence, and customer orientation.
