Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an IAM Project and Change Manager to collaborate with a top integral pharmaceutical client. The role requires on-site presence at the Sant Cugat del Vallès office about one day per week.

You will drive a global IAM cloud transformation from design through migration, adoption and stabilization, blending disciplined project delivery with stakeholder readiness and organizational change management across multiple teams and time zones.
