As a Hostess at Verde Mar, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the very first interaction. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent personal presentation, strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and a natural, professional communication style. Manage guest reception and escort guests to their tables in accordance with the restaurant's service standards. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of table availability and the restaurant layout to optimize the flow of service. Develop a strong knowledge of the restaurant's culinary concept, products, ingredients, and philosophy to provide guests with accurate and relevant information. Ensure that the reception area, entrance, and guest-facing spaces are always clean, organized, and presented according to the restaurant's standards. Actively contribute to maintaining the restaurant's quality and service standards, paying attention to every detail of the guest experience. A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service. Previous experience as a Hostess, Restaurant Receptionist, Guest Relations professional, or in a similar position within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end hospitality establishments. Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
