* Take part in recruitment processes, from publishing job ads to identifying and evaluating candidates.
* Screen resumes and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
* Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
* Manage and update the candidate database.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
* Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the different stages of the process.
* Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of different business areas. Требования
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field.
* Interest in personnel selection,
recruitment, and talent identification.
* Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
* Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
* Intermediate to advanced level of English.
