* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
* Master’s degree in Renewable Energies or similar is a plus.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction of renewable energy projects.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* High level of English (written and spoken). Mission:
* This person will be responsible for the coordination, supervision, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, safety, and quality standards. Tasks:
* Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure all project phases meet established deadlines.
* Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality requirements.




* Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and project documentation.
* Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
* Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues.
* Guarantee compliance with local and international safety standards.
* Manage project budgets and monitor economic performance.
* Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
* Identify project risks and define effective mitigation strategies.
