Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and algorithms.
* Build and optimize deep learning architectures for text analysis, sentiment analysis, machine translation, and chatbots.
* Process, clean, and structure large volumes of text data for model training.
* Integrate NLP models into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define NLP-related features and requirements.
* Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in NLP and AI.




* Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions.
* Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Requirements
* Master's or Ph.
D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of professional experience in AI development, with a strong specialization in NLP.
* Expertise in Python and proficiency with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Proven experience in building and deploying NLP models for real-world applications.
* Strong understanding of linguistics, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
* Experience with large language models (LLMs) is highly desirable.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong remote collaboration and communication skills.
