David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading airline that is seeking to onboard Galician-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist passengers across its regional markets in Spain. In this role, you support customers with travel-related enquiries, provide clear information about airline services and policies, and help resolve issues throughout their travel journey. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking amendments and cancellations
* Provide information about baggage allowances, delayed luggage and missing baggage
* Support customers with online check‐in, boarding enquiries and travel documentation
* Assist passengers affected by flight disruptions and respond to refund requests
* Handle customer complaints and resolve travel‐related issues in a professional manner
* Explain airline policies, procedures and available options clearly




* Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem‐solving

REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluency in Galician + English B2
* Strong communication and customer‐service skills
* Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions
* Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed or dissatisfied passengers
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Customer‐oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
