We’re looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in sunny Malaga Could this be the opportunity for you? In this role, you’ll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast-growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email. Your Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team
* Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers
* Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
* Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions
* Manage inquiries via phone and email
* Proactively ensure all customer requests are handled efficiently
* Perform additional administrative or support-related tasks as needed Your Qualifications
* Previous experience in communication and customer service




* Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
* Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
* Good organizational and analytical abilities
* Problem-solving mindset and a genuine service-oriented attitude
* Team player who contributes to a positive and productive environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* You are already living in Spain and have the necessary documents to work here
