and reviewersHandling all tasks related to linguistic project coordinationSupervise, guide, and develop team members by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, fostering collaboration, and supporting individual professional growthRequirements:Proven experience (5–7+ years) in translation project management or a related role within the language services or digital/tech industryBachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, Translation, Business Administration, International Business, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience leading and developing teams.Proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).Strong knowledge of CAT tools and translation technologies (e.G., Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, etc.); familiarity with AI andautomation platforms is an assetClient-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsDemonstrated experience leading and developing a teamsFluency in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Good to have: Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (QA, LQA) and process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)Good to have: Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)Conditions:Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/weekWork schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:0023 days of holidays + adaptable public holidays1 remote day/weekMeal and transport vouchers company-paidIndividual health insurance company-paid#J-18808-Ljbffr
