Global Senior ESG Manager – Engagement a master's degree in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
You bring at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate responsibility, corporate citizenship, or social impact functions, including hands-on responsibility for ESG-related programs, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or reporting activities.
You have at least 3 years of experience independently managing integral or multi-country ESG programs, stakeholder networks, or engagement initiatives or social impact activities.
You possess a strong understanding of ESG principles, social impact frameworks, and sustainability-related reporting and measurement.
You have experience collaborating with nonprofit organizations, foundations, social enterprises, or other impact-focused partners.
You are skilled at managing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels and can independently drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social impact.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
