teams you will be working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
The
Project Manager
will plan and pro-actively manage multidisciplinary study teams (including Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory and Safety) to ensure key milestones are achieved and studies are performed within budget, on schedule and in compliance with the appropriate - and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are metIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risksDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and timelinesAct as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholdersMonitor project performance, including financials and profitabilityEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirementsAllocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managersReport progress and elevate issues where neededSupport business development activities, including proposals and bid defensesMentor junior Project Managers when required




Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similarMinimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment)Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.G., ICH-GCP)Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesFinancial and budget management experienceSolid problem-solving and decision-making skills
