About The Company
Utopia is an ultra-luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand creating a integral ecosystem of properties and experiences.
We develop private villa retreats in beautiful locations around the world, each with high-end service. Utopia also offers a wider ecosystem of leisure experiences and services available both to those staying on property and to external visitors.
Utopia designs and builds its properties in-house.
Our projects span the full journey: from concept and architecture to construction, interiors, landscape, guest experience, and long-term operation. For architects and designers, this means contributing on properties from the ground up, with the ability to influence how each place is planned, built, and experienced. For hospitality professionals, it means collaborating with a brand where service is personal, attentive, and built around each guest’s stay.
We’re a young, ambitious team with high standards and a hands-on approach. We value strong ideas, practical thinking, attention to detail, and people who are ready to take ownership of their part of each project. If you’re interested in architecture, design, hospitality, or guest experience, we invite you to explore opportunities with Utopia.

- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support procurement efforts by obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor construction budgets, ensuring cost control and financial reporting accuracy.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, work orders, and change orders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and support the resolution of construction-related issues as they arise, keeping project goals aligned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project coordination, project management (6+ years), working for construction companies or contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Google Sheets, AutoCAD) as well as data analysis (Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Experience in data analysis, including cost tracking, schedule performance metrics, and trend reporting.
- Knowledge of procurement, tender management, contract administration, and construction processes.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
We offer
- This opportunity is based on-site in Barcelona, in close collaboration with the team bringing the project to life.
- All tools are covered. We provide Jira, G-Suite, AutoCAD, Power BI, and other software and licences you need for the opportunity, kept up to date.
- A truly international team — colleagues from 30+ nationalities, united by the same standards and the same bar for quality.
- The chance to help build a luxury hospitality brand aiming to become #1 worldwide.
