VOLPAK is one of the leading manufacturers of packaging machines in the consumer goods market. Designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for products like Industrial bakery, detergents and soaps or food and beverages.

Main Responsibilities / Activities

Our Human Resources department is willing to increase the size of its team. The profile we are looking for corresponds to and Health and Safety (H&S;) Specialist. This new member will carry the following tasks:

- Develop safety procedures according to local regulations and group policies.
- Lead development of safety culture with in-house training and activities.
- Support collecting, storing, analyzing, tracking and reporting HS performance data (e.g. incident report findings, audit actions, etc).
- Ensure management of Hazard Prevention, assessing current work procedures and determining areas of improvement.




- Coordinate and supervise external consultant activities.
- Carry out Business Activity Coordination with clients and suppliers.
- Keep correct record of documentation related to HSE issues.

Basic Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

- Technical degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering)
- Master degree in Occupational Risk Prevention
- 3-5 years of experience as an H&S; Specialist in the Industrial Sector

Other skills and attributes:

- Good command of English language. Knowledge of Italian would be an asset
- Leadership attributes
- Excellent communications skills. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Detail oriented and good at managing different processes.
- Problem solver
