VOLPAK designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for products such as baked goods and other food products, detergents, soaps, and beverages.

Main Responsibilities / Activities

• Ensures components / products supply considering lead time of parts manufacturing

- Supports, when consulted, the definition of standard methods and sourcing strategy, executes performance analysis and proposes a corrective Action Plan.
- Analyzes cost and variance, value deviation trend and suggests corrective actions.
- Collects and analyzes technical requirements for current products, identifies and evaluates supplier rationalization opportunities, new potential supply sources,



develops sourcing and logistic plan, manages RFQ and tendering process, develops co-design agreement for parts, negotiates supply conditions, assigns sourcing volumes and manages contract execution.
- Defines and maintains purchasing Master data, monitors purchase order process, trend deviation on quantity and price and solves purchasing issue on accounts payable and receives information on expediting and rescheduling activities.
- Scouts supply market and performs risk assessment activities in terms of definition of critical drivers for suppliers, measurement parameters, evaluation of suppliers reliability and risk level.
- Supports the definition of suppliers' information profile, the audit execution for new and current suppliers in terms of suggestions on supplier quotation or action plan definition.
- Supports the vendor rating process in terms of action plan definition for critical suppliers, the development of the supplier activities and supplier selection (when required).

Basic Requirements

Qualifications and experience:
- FP Mechanical or FP Administration.
- 2-3 years experience in similar role. Other skills and attributes:
- A strong customer - focus person, committed to deliver quality solutions maintaining customer relationships.
- A high-energy and self-starter with highly developed problem solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office products and a SAP knowledge.
- Proficient in English. A second language is a plus.
- Result and deadline oriented.
- Team work attitude.
