Задачи:

- Define and manage the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the People Success digital product portfolio.
- Translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities, technology solutions, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, including discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, adoption, and optimization.
- Manage product governance, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with Data, Architecture, Security, Privacy, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, secure, and sustainable solutions.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement through analysis of user feedback, service performance, business outcomes, and usage metrics.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery excellence and continuous innovation.
- Build business cases, manage budgets, and support investment decisions across the People Success technology portfolio.
- Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and decision support to governance forums and senior leadership teams.

- Experience leading digital products, HR technology platforms, enterprise applications, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap development.
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Experience delivering technology projects across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience working in complex matrix organisations.
- Fluent English is required.

€59,600.00 - €79,466.66 All Compensation Will Be Determined Commensurate With Demonstrated Experience.
