Key Responsibilities

- Building and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, detailed debt mechanics and sensitivities
- Preparing high-quality client materials, including pitch books, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents
- Supporting live transaction execution across M&A; and IPO processes, including due diligence coordination, workstream management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the EMEA energy and energy transition space
- Monitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors
- Supporting senior bankers on client dialogue, strategic analysis and origination ideas

What you’ll bring

- Professional Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, Structured FInance, M&A; or a similar transaction environment. Strong execution experience on live transactions and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
- Education: Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with a strong academic track record.
- Languages: Fluency in English (Required).



Additional European languages are a strong advantage (Preferred).
- Hard Skills: Advanced financial modelling, with a strong grasp of accounting and corporate finance fundamentals (Required). Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, Infralogic or similar tools is desirable (Preferred).
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials, with excellent attention to detail and quality control. Strong interest in, and ideally prior exposure to infrastructure in EMEA. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
