We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to support the following activities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, tenants, and others.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take messages and ensure accurate documentation in the management software.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, voicemails, and e-mails.
- Process pending registrations and research/respond to "Contact Us" submissions in the management software.
- Accept and process client payments, issuing receipts as needed.
- Proofread and edit materials to support professional, high-quality communications.
Schedule:
Regular Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST MX
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CST MX
Daylight Saving Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CST MX
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote, but you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
