Responsibilities

- Manage ICSR Management Unit operations and oversee Associate Directors and staff performance
- Establish productivity targets, analyze workload metrics, and reallocate resources to optimize unit efficiency
- Review project budgets, assess resource needs, and coordinate with resourcing department for staffing adjustments
- Train and mentor ICSR line managers; support recruitment, performance evaluation, and HR activities




- Review and approve critical corrective actions and quality requests; update PrimeVigilance procedures

Requirements

- Life science degree, pharmacy, nursing, or healthcare-related qualification; pharmacovigilance experience acceptable
- Extensive pharmacovigilance case processing experience in post-marketing and clinical settings
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership experience with team management capability
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and technical competency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Medical devices experience preferred
