As a Process Engineer S&OP; , you will play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the global Sales & Operations Planning process across an international manufacturing environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, production planning teams, and senior management, you will help transform data into actionable insights, ensure planning activities run smoothly, and contribute to the alignment of demand, supply, and business objectives across the organization. Responsibility for the timely planning and preparation of all S&OP; meetings
• Ensuring data availability and data quality
• Demand Planning:
• Execution of deviation analyses at segment/product level
• Continuous monitoring of short-term demand changes
• Close coordination with Sales to adjust planning figures at short notice Supply Planning:
• Alignment of demand requirements with production planning in the plants




• KPI-driven Performance Management:
• Development, monitoring and continuous improvement of relevant KPIs
• First point of contact for plants and sales units in case of urgent planning issues Ensuring compliance with defined planning processes and standards
• Ensuring correct master data and planning parameters
• Several years of experience in S&OP;, supply chain management or controlling.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP).
• Sound knowledge of planning processes and data analysis.
• Confident use of MS Office. Confidence to work with senior stakeholders and board-level management.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI or comparable reporting tools
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods or AI/ML-supported planning approaches
- Experience in process optimization and cross-functional project work University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
