What you'll do
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
• Support engineers remotely when required
• Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Contribute to issue resolution and continuous service improvement ? What we're looking for
• Technical background (Vocational Training, Technical Degree, or equivalent)




• Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems
• Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently ⭐ Nice to have Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus:
• Linux and Windows environments
• Network configuration and troubleshooting
• Server installation and administration
• PLC programming
• Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Troubleshooting PLC, VFD, and HMI systems
• ITIL certification
• Industrial printing knowledge ⏰ Working schedule ? Weekend-focused schedule (40 hours/week)
• Saturday: 06:00 – 18:00
• Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00
• Monday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 ✈ Travel Up to 25% travel may be required.
