? CAPITOLE is hiring a Support T3 Associate ? Barcelona | Hybrid ? English C1 At CAPITOLE , we keep growing, and we are looking for a Support T3 Associate / Support Technical Expert to join an international tech environment. ? What will you be doing?
• Providing initial support to users during HyperCare phases.
• Investigating and resolving complex T3/T4 Product Development support cases .
• Defining and implementing technical workarounds.
• Identifying, documenting and reporting production defects.
• Ensuring effective knowledge transfer for new product lines.
• Collaborating with other Product Development teams.
• Supporting KPI tracking, status reporting and workload management.
• Troubleshooting issues across databases, applications and infrastructure. ? What are we looking for?
• Strong SQL skills , ideally with Oracle and/or SQL Server .
• Knowledge of C# / .
NET .
• BI experience, ideally with SAP BusinessObjects .
• Experience with IIS and Windows Server .
• C1 level of English , as you will work in an international environment. ✨ Nice to have
• Linux knowledge.
• Experience working with KANBAN / Agile teams .
• Knowledge of tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Postman or Bruno .
