Join us in Zaragoza for a hands-on internship where you'll be part of a dynamic HR team learning side by side with your tutor, getting familiar with HR processes, and actively contributing to ongoing projects and team initiatives across different HR areas such as business partnering, talent, payroll, talent acquisition, and workplaces.
As an HR Intern, you'll gain practical experience by actively participating in key HR processes:Employee Lifecycle:Support onboarding plans to ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
Learn about performance management, training plans, and talent development.
Assist with offboarding processes and employee transitions.
Help assess and improve employee experience.
Events and Activations to live our passion for the Brand:Help organize internal events and brand activations that foster team spirit and belonging.

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCHStudent of HR, Law, Business Administration or related fields.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using MS Office, IA and digital collaboration tools.
Strong communicator, empathetic, and able to build relationships easily.
Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A team player who also works well independently.
Curious and open-minded, with a genuine interest in HR topics like DEI, employee experience, and internal communication.
