U. is a specialized importer and distributor of premium spirits and fast-moving consumer goods. We are expanding our operations team in Madrid and looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Operations role to handle the daily administrative and technical coordination of international shipments, inventory levels, order processing, and domestic distribution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Import and trade management
- Daily coordination with international suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Preparation, review, and tracking of all documentation required for customs clearance of goods.
- Monitoring of lead times, delivery tracking, and prompt resolution of supply chain issues.
- Ensure full compliance with import/export documentation and European transport regulations. 2. Order processing and logistics administration
- Process domestic and international orders end-to-end using SAP and EDI platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse partners and hauliers to issue dispatch notes and arrange scheduled deliveries.
- Manage operational billing and invoicing via SAP and EDI, ensuring accuracy and alignment with closing schedules.
- Resolve shipment incidents and provide administrative support with accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation. 3. Inventory tracking and reporting
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements across warehouses.
- Real-time inventory management and updates in the ERP system.
- Update and maintain stock records in SAP in real time to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.




- Generate regular stock movement reports and operational KPI summaries using Excel and Power BI. 4. Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Commercial sales team regarding order status, stock availability, and delivery lead times.
- Support the Finance and Accounting team with cost substantiation, invoice matching, and monthly closing inputs. Profile Requirements

Experience:
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, international trade, forwarding, or import/export administration.
- Languages: 1. English: C1 / Full Professional proficiency is mandatory (fluent spoken and written communication with overseas distilleries, freight forwarders, and logistics partners). 2. Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency. 3. Portuguese: Not required, but considered a strong plus / highly valued (knowledge or working proficiency is a plus)
- Systems and Tools: 1. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Previous working experience with SAP is not mandatory, but considered a strong plus / highly valued. 2. Hands-on experience with EDI platforms 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel; Power BI is a strong plus).

Education:
Bachelor's degree or advanced vocational training in Transportation and Logistics, International Trade, Customs Management, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
