• Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements across spend analysis, sourcing strategy, category management, supplier performance, and operating model design
• Deploy Spend Optimization and Procurement Reinvention programs, including AI-first operating models and ecosystem integration (SAP/Ariba, Coupa, iValua, iCertis)
• Oversee design and implementation of Supplier 360 and procurement analytics dashboards for visibility and insight-driven decisions

• 8–15 years of procurement consulting experience
• Minimum 4 years at a top-tier management consulting or specialist procurement firm
• Proven track record delivering large-scale procurement transformations
• Strong exposure to Resources sector (Utilities, Oil u0026 Gas)
• Experience with C-level stakeholders and multi-country/global engagements
• Contribution to business development: pipeline, proposals, client networks
• Deep expertise across procurement value chain (strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, contract management, P2P)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled procurement tools and ROI articulation (e.g., SynOps, SAP Ariba, Coupa, iValua, iCertis, Spend HQ)
• Understanding of agentic AI applications and AI-first operating models
