About C-Suites LAB C-Suites LAB is a curated, international collective of senior executives, founders, CEOs and board members who connect around business challenges, share expertise and explore opportunities to work together. We currently bring together 200+ experienced leaders across 20+ countries, with backgrounds spanning established corporations, scale-ups, entrepreneurship, advisory and board roles. Our members combine extensive leadership experience, functional expertise and entrepreneurial know-how. Many have moved beyond traditional executive careers into fractional leadership, advisory, mentoring or portfolio work. Others continue in senior corporate roles while exploring new ways to exchange expertise and contribute beyond their immediate professional environment. Our approach starts with people, business goals and complementary capabilities. Through focused conversations, members discover where their experience can make a difference, exchange perspectives and explore ways to collaborate. C-Suites LAB is not a headhunting or interim agency. We don't offer pre-assigned roles or guarantee missions. Fractional engagements and other collaborations can emerge from the relationships and projects developed within the collective. A more intentional way to connect Professional networks make it easy to collect contacts. C-Suites LAB is designed to help people make more of the right connections. You don't need to have a specific mission in mind to join. Curiosity, relevant experience and a willingness to engage are essential. Who can apply? We welcome experienced, internationally minded leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach.
• Senior executives and independent leaders: Typically 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in C-level, CxO, Director, VP or Board roles.
• Founders and CEOs: At least 3 years of experience leading a business, with demonstrated entrepreneurial experience and business responsibility.
• Other exceptional profiles: Leaders whose entrepreneurial track record or depth of expertise brings a relevant, complementary contribution to the collective. Each application is reviewed individually, considering leadership experience, entrepreneurial achievements, current projects, complementarity and willingness to contribute.
