Provide high-quality support to clients navigating international transportation services via phone, email, and chat
Maintain a deep understanding of transportation safety protocols and service guidelines to ensure a seamless user experience
Proactively troubleshoot travel-related disruptions, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills for Spanish-speaking travelers




Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication flows and service standards across all transportation channels
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a comprehensive history of service delivery
Represent our premium brand by upholding the highest standards of communication and professional etiquette
Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is required for this role
Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our general team
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is mandatory
Previous experience in customer service, specifically within the transportation or travel industry, is highly desirable
