Your RoleAs a Head of Marketing you will be in charge of the growth and business development strategies, building the path to establish leadership within the adult digital entertainment industry.
You will prepare annual marketing plans, set the growth budget, and analyze market trends creating a user-centric culture across teams.
You will lead the Business Developer strategy, generating revenue through our B2B vertical and acquiring licensing content.

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the best Marketing team.
Currently made up of 7 people plus 2 interns.
Plan and execute the marketing strategy across all our brands.
Your main goal is to grow in new customer attraction and retain them being efficient with your budget.
Oversee the implementation of the growth marketing strategy.
Set and administer an annual marketing budget.
Manage and measure paid on/off marketing campaign costs, media buying, affiliation, comarketing, and partnerships.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIsContinually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.




Utilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data.
Conduct market research studies.
Identify new B2B content (films/series) opportunities.
Develop and maintain client relationshipsNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholdersMake and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executivesCoordinate with Content and Marketing teams to develop the licensed content strategyRequirements7+ years experience in marketing, at least 4 leading team at top companies or startups.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related disciplineBusiness level in oral and written Spanish and English.
Excellent project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral and written communicationTake responsibility and ownership to manage projects.
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologiesFamiliarity with social media platforms and social media marketing.
Experience with search engine marketing.
