Job Description We are looking 4 R2R Accountants to join us in our facilities in Terrassa (BCN), to provide accounting support within the GBS organization, ensuring accurate and timely execution of Record-to-Report activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accounting records, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Maintains and reviews general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Performs balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany and fixed asset accounts, with appropriate supporting documentation.
Identifies and resolves accounting discrepancies,



escalating complex or unresolved issues to the Senior or Team Leader.
Supports internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and information.
Follows internal controls, company policies, and applicable IFRS requirements.
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
~3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an R2R, GBS, BSSC, or international corporate environment.
~ Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
~ Experience with SAP systems.
~ Good command of English, both written and spoken.
~ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
~ Experience with BlackLine, Redwood, or similar accounting tools is an advantage.
~ Willingness to learn and develop accounting knowledge.
