About the team The Azure Application Hosting team at Swiss Re is seeking a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes and Azure Cloud. We accelerate developer teams in the company by providing a standardized application hosting platform. We're looking for someone who is ready to contribute to our team's efforts and support Swiss Re's cloud initiatives.
In this role, you'll engage in Infrastructure as Code, automation, and application hosting using Kubernetes.
Your main responsibility will be to manage, improve and operate our shared application hosting platform for various types of applications in the Azure cloud.
We’re looking for a passionate and engaged cloud engineer to join this amazing team. Proficient in managing and operating Kubernetes in a public cloud.
In depth hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, ideally Azure.
Programming experience, ideally Golang.




Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience in cloud network infrastructure and security concepts.
Azure, Kubernetes or Go. For Spain the base salary range for this position is between EUR 42,000 and EUR 70,000 per year (for a full‑time role).
