- Diagnose hardware and software issues with precision,
guiding users through effective solutions in the consumer electronics space.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems to maintain high quality-assurance standards.
- Collaborate with international support teams to stay updated on the latest consumer electronics product launches and updates.
- Translate technical documentation and support guides to ensure seamless communication for our Portuguese-speaking market.

- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
