We are partnering with an established international media and integrated marketing agency that is expanding its operations into Spain and Western Europe. We are looking for an experienced Managing Director to establish, lead and grow its new Madrid office , with the support of an international organisation, an existing client portfolio and the investment required to develop the business.

This is an opportunity for a commercially driven agency executive who combines strategic leadership, a strong network within the Spanish advertising industry and an entrepreneurial approach to business development. Reporting directly to the CEO & Founder, the successful candidate will take full responsibility for the Spanish operation, including commercial growth, profitability,



team development and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the launch, establishment and development of the agency's Spanish operations.
- Define and execute a three-year business plan, including growth targets, investment requirements and organisational structure.
- Take full ownership of the Spanish P&L;, managing revenue, margins and profitability.
- Drive new business development, leveraging an established network of brands, advertisers and senior marketing decision-makers.
- Identify, negotiate and secure new commercial opportunities across Spain and relevant international markets.
